Green Stainless Steel 26 Oz. Water Bottle with 3 Lids; Vacuum Insulated Tumbler, Hot 'n Cold

How horribly made can your bottles be? I recently got this bottle from my girlfriend for work and sometime today I pressed down the mouth piece and I guess it’s plastic protection under the mouth piece busted because it’s not even stable and can be easily broken after looking at it. It all started when I was taking a sip and the straw didn’t suck up water so I looked into the bottle and there was a huge piece of plastic in the bottle in the water and there’s not telling how long it was broken and in there. I only saw that piece of plastic in there, but I’m worried I ingested smaller pieces of plastic through the straw. Also water spills everywhere out of the top. Now I’m worried sick that I possibly drank small pieces of plastic. I better hear back from customer service in less than 12 hours.
