Finedine items are covered under a limited warranty. If within 5 years your item proves to be defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you except for shipping of the item. Please contact via email at info@finedinebrand.com to process a claim.

You must register your product by emailing to warranty@finedinebrand.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please title your subject as: Warranty Registration.
You will receive a reply with an attached form to complete. That form will serve as the warranty registration.

Warranty does not include damage caused by abuse, misuse, or accident. Warranty does not cover scratches, stains, discoloration or any other damage that does not impede the functionality of the unit.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
